01.
Nominations and submissions are dismissed
After receiving the application, approval is granted if there is no objection subject to hearing by giving notice to the parties after due investigation.
a) Court fee 5.00 (five) rupees for application.
b) Notice issue fee Rs.2.00(two) (for maximum 4 persons). More than this, 0.50 rupees will be charged for each person.
c) Record correction fee 200.00 (two hundred) taka.
d) Per copy Mutation Khatian Fee 25.00 (twenty five) Taka. Total = Tk 232.00 (two hundred and thirty two) + notice issue fee plus Tk 0.50 for each person above 4.
It is noted here that for the application, 5.00 (Five) through court fee and the remaining fee is D.C. And it has to be realized through this.

Filing of appeals against the Additional District Commissioner (Revenue).
02.
Agricultural special land settlement
Acceptance of application in prescribed form, selection of application, sending of settlement proposal. After approval of settlement, execution of documents and sending for registration. Rectification of records and transfer of documents after approval of settlement.
60 (sixty) days
Filing of objection with the Upazila Nirbahi Officer.

Settlement of non-agricultural land
After receiving the application, after the investigation, the documents are generated and the settlement proposal is sent.

Filing of objection with the Upazila Nirbahi Officer.
04.
Land development tax
Payment of land development tax at Purvak Union Land Office and receipt of receipt before presentation of ownership documents

Settlement and renewal of vested property
If found correct subject to proper investigation, send proposal to Upazila Nirbahi Officer with recommendation for renewal.

Grant of lease, collection of lease fee, grant of possession.
